Land & Field Clearing

Heavy Otter specializes in professional land and field clearing services that utilize advanced equipment to efficiently open up properties. Our expertise enhances access and prepares sites for construction, agriculture, and long-term maintenance.

Land clearing prepares a property for construction, landscaping, or access by removing unwanted vegetation and surface obstacles. This can include brush, small trees, overgrowth, and debris that prevent safe or usable access to the site.

The extent of clearing depends on the size of the area, terrain, access, and the intended use of the property. In many cases, clearing is performed selectively to preserve desirable trees or features while creating usable space.

When Land & Field Clearing Is Needed

• Opening overgrown or unmanaged property
• Clearing land for construction, fencing, or access
• Removing invasive or unwanted vegetation
• Improving drainage, sunlight, and usability
• Preparing sites for grading, stump removal, or hydroseeding

Land and field clearing costs vary based on vegetation density, terrain, access, disposal requirements, and the type of equipment needed to complete the work safely and efficiently.

Depending on site conditions, clearing may involve mechanical mulching, selective removal, or coordination with stump grinding, grading, or excavation to achieve the desired result.

If your property needs clearing for access, development, or ongoing maintenance, contact Heavy Otter for a clear, site-specific estimate.
