Residential & Light Commercial Demolition

Heavy Otter provides selective demolition for residential properties and small commercial structures, including removal of sheds, outbuildings, concrete, and interior elements.

Demolition removes unwanted structures or components to prepare a property for renovation, replacement, or reuse. This can include removing sheds, small buildings, concrete features, or interior elements while preserving surrounding structures and areas.

The scope of demolition varies depending on the structure, access, materials, and disposal requirements. Most projects focus on controlled, selective removal rather than full structural teardown or large-scale commercial demolition, with additional services quoted as needed.

Demolition is often coordinated with site preparation, grading, or excavation to ensure proper access, safe equipment operation, and a smooth transition into the next phase of the project.

Demolition costs are influenced by structure type, size, access, material handling, safety requirements, and whether additional work such as grading or debris removal is required.
