Dirt Work & Grading

Heavy Otter provides dirt work and grading services for residential properties and small commercial project, including surface preparation and light grading to support construction and access.

Dirt work and grading prepare a property for construction, access, or improvement by shaping and stabilizing the ground surface. This can include leveling areas, correcting surface drainage issues, and preparing pads or access routes for future work.

Grading and earth moving are often performed alongside excavation, stump removal, or demolition to ensure proper elevation, compaction, and long-term performance of the site.

The scope of dirt work varies depending on terrain, access, soil conditions, and intended use. Most projects focus on practical preparation rather than precision finish grading or engineered earthwork, with additional services quoted as needed.
